First you cycle along the cycle path from Neumarkt to the entrance of the old Fleimstal railway. This path leads up to San Lugano, where you take the asphalt road to Altrei and from there follow the forest path towards the Ziss saddle. To reach the Krabesalm, you must turn right just before the saddle. On the return journey, take the same path back to the valley and up to the Ziss saddle. Once there, follow the forest road to Truden.
