This is also a great tour to master the first ascents of the season. Never too steep, but always properly uphill... Passing the well-known porphyry quarries in the Cembra Valley, a detour to the idyllic Heiligensee (lago santo) would also be possible. A wide, well-maintained road awaits us and leads us past Lago di Stramentizzo.
