The Three Peaks Dolomites region is in the east of South Tyrol. In the centre of the Three Peaks is the Great Peak at 2999m. The Western Peak is 2973 metres high, and the Small Peak is 2857 metres high. The Three Peaks are considered the landmark of the Sesto Dolomites in Alta Pusteria. With its countless climbing tours of varying degrees of difficulty, the mountain massif is a popular destination for climbers. Numerous hiking trails lead around the Three Peaks.
