Penegal

Next to the local mountain Roen, the Penegal is one of the highest points of the Mendelkamm at 1737 metres. From the Penegal, you have a wonderful panoramic view over the entire Adige Valley, Lake Caldaro and the surrounding mountains. From the Mendel Pass, the Penegal can be reached by car, bike or on foot. The Penegal is also the starting point for several hiking trails.
